Having lived and worked throughout the Bay Area all her life, Stephanie Hevezi has an intimate understanding of and deep connection to what makes living here so special. Now a third-generation homeowner in the Oakland Hills, Stephanie remembers visiting her grandmother’s house not far from where she currently lives, as well as spending summer breaks working at her family’s auto body shop which called Oakland home for over 60 years.

Stephanie began her career by earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from California State University, Chico, and a marketing certificate from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to real estate, Stephanie excelled in the hospitality and event planning industry, where she refined her strong sales, negotiation, and project management skill set. Clients most notably appreciate her unwavering integrity, sharp eye for detail, welcoming demeanor, and ambitious drive in fulfillment of their goals.

Stephanie and her husband, Martin, enjoy finding ways to support their local community. The couple volunteers at the county food bank and with the American Red Cross. They are active in their neighborhood, including organizing its annual National Night Out event. In her spare time, Stephanie likes to hit the hiking trails near her home, get crafty with knitting or designing hand-made jewelry, discover new restaurants and dining experiences around the Bay, and cheer on her beloved Oakland A’s.
